There’s a lot of room to expand the product down the line to further improve the employee experience. At the same time, while companies make important and potentially irreversible hybrid work changes, Scoop’s Workplace Sync analytics can help inform decisions that impact the entire company and its customers beyond. Given its current ability to build with both of these customers in mind, we suspect success on Scoop’s horizon if it is able to continue to innovate on its offerings.
