🔮 Our Analysis
Hubilo started as an event management software platform. Amidst the pandemic, the company rapidly pivoted to a virtual event platform that offers many analytics services, with the ambitious goal of blending key experiences of physical events into a virtual environment. It wishes to solve common problems that have appeared recently—like the “Zoom fatigue” phenomenon—with features that include demo rooms, networking lounges, virtual booths, and marketing and promotional banners. Hubilo also offers solutions that allow larger-scale events, such as trade fairs, expositions, and company conferences, to be hosted in an interactive and efficient way. The ability to brand an event virtually through designs, custom banners, and communication creates a more interactive space. Getting engagement in a virtual event can be challenging, and through solutions such as lounges, a point system, and goal-setting, attendees can have a better experience. For the host, these interactions are turned into analytics and the company can utilize this information to determine how to improve future events. While we might see a transition back into more in-person events, there is a large market for virtual events and Hubilo can maintain a growing foothold in this space.
